What's worse than a bat?

Sunday, Ali came to the house for language lessons.  Cam asked him to help us borrow a ladder because "an animal" was getting into the house.

"Snake?"  Ali asked. (No! No! Don't even say it.)

I'll take a bat in the house over a snake any day.  However, Cam did find a ladder to borrow.  It was about 6 inches too short and rickety, but Cam stood on the top of it anyway and sprayfoamed the gap between the beams. My hero! Hopefully we've seen the last of the bats. Now just have to figure a way to kill the ants in the kitchen.
